If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Veterans Jewelry purchase, you may return it for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of shipment. THIS INCLUDES CUSTOM ORDERS.
 
How to return an order:
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number: Click Here to generate an RMA (return authorization) number. Fill in the appropriate information and then follow the instructions to below to send return your package.
 
2. Package Your Return: Package all your items securely so it ends up being a single package ready for delivery. Include the return form, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by Veterans Jewelry.

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, gold or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

3. Shipment and Insurance: Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. The return shipping method should be USPS Express Mail® with insurance and a signature required. Make sure you can track your package. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Veterans Jewelry for a quick and easy refund. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Return Process
Veterans Jewelry will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund. Returns take approximately 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Veterans Jewelry will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received.
 
Required Conditions of Return
-Packages without a return authorization number (RMA#) will not be accepted for refund.

-RMA's must be requested within 14 days from the date of SHIPMENT. RMA's requested after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
