Our specialty is working one on one with clients to create a unique piece of military jewelry that exists nowhere else in the world. It is guaranteed to be one of a kind because you designed it. The entire design process is at no cost to you. You pay nothing until you have approved the final drawing and commission the creation of your design.
The design process:
1. It begins with your phone call (to 877.229.9170) or email to Veterans Jewelry to inquire about a custom design.
2. Send us any artwork you have. If you have a drawing or picture of a unit crest or patch or even a family coat of arms, email or fax it to us. If using email, please make sure your attached file has a .doc, .jpg, .bmp or .gif extension and send it to custom@veteransjewelry.com. You may include artwork in your initial email.
3. On our web site, please click "Register" and create a customer profile. Later, this will give you access to the members only Purchase Custom Orders section of our site. No credit card information is collected.
4. We will contact you as many times as necessary by email or phone (always at our expense) to make sure we are adhering to your vision for your design. This is when we will also discuss additional custom touches and which precious metals you would like.
5. Veterans Jewelry will prepare a drawing of your proposed design and send it to you as an email attachment. At this time, we will have also determined the price for your design. If you require any changes in the drawings, let us know and the changes will be made.
6. Upon your approval of the design, we will give you access to the secure Purchase Custom Orders section of the site using your customer profile. There you will be able to complete your purchase and check out normally. Once payment is received, work begins on your custom jewelry.
7. Delivery to you will be within 4 to 6 weeks after payment is received.
